I'm glad my package got home safely. There are a ton of pictures on there huh...haha that's pretty much a year's worth of pictures. my whole mission so far. I have some odd pictures on another card of all the Cambodians when they got baptized. Someone was borrowing my card copying pictures. The noodles were hot for dad?! looks like I might be able to compete with him now. Those noodles are nothing to me anymore. hahaha!!!

The guy with the black circles on his back; so his back was hurting really bad. he like just kinked a nerve or somthing weird. called sister perriton and she told us to go get that done. (ps that's elder murdoch) it's these suction cup things they put on your back. anyway it healed him! bizzare huh...

SILVER SUITS MADE IT TO AMERICA!? Looks like I'll be buying one then. ^^ those are sweet. I'll go wear it on american idol. haha my district leader, Elder Frost, just bought one and is planning on wearing it home. haha. It's like a blueish silver one. he's excited- and really trunky...ㅠㅠ

I think your prayers are helping- the boy with the drinking problem decided he wants to quit! still having problems getting them out to church though cause they are so stinking busy!! We are meeting our family tonight too, which is good. They loved our message last week and hopefully it will be the same tonight.
The mother of the family is the one really progressing. She came to church and her friend is a memeber, from whom we got the referral from- she likes the message about families but still isn't sure what makes it different. on sunday she told us, since she's a doctor, that when there's a problem every docter may suggest a different thing. All of them lead to a cure. She said that there are different chruches and she's not sure what one is right yet.... may I repeat...yet. ^^
My comp and I were talking and said that she must still be looking for somthing. For every person it's a different thing that converts them. Some it may be the plan of salvation- to another it may be the message of the restoration. We have a woman in our ward that was converted when she heard about the doctrine of tithing! Imagine that? Being on a mission is like a game, we have to find their cure and then lead them back to Christ. Unfortunately, there are no cheats we can look up on the internet... we have to do it the hard way. haha.

Dillon will be home next friday!? You'll have to go to his homecoming- see how he liked Korea. I don't know if he knows I was here, that's way cool. I can't believe people are already home! I can't believe I have less than a year... uck... makes my stomach turn.

Sorry my letters are getting smaller... everything seems like it's just the same. I had a lot of really great experiences and now things are slowing down here in the middle. Too blessed those first few transfers. Now I'm gonna have to work for it. haha.

It was fun to freak granny out! ^^ It sounded like I almost knocked her over! It was good to hear my granny-poo's voice. haha. I'll be hearing from you all this weekend.

love you bunches. say your prayers, read your scriptures and always....CTR!! If ya don't- things just get hard.

much love- elder thork

Things have just kind of been not the greatest lately. Miss yah!
