Hellooooooo!
Things are going super well here in Heide! We are finding new people,
teaching a lot, and soon will (hopefully) bring people to the font! So
exciting! In the past two weeks we received two
empfelungen...referrals! haha and one that we have met with is
an awesome lady, and she reminds me of one of my amazing Thorkelson
aunts! :D I'll have to take a picture with her sometime. She's awesome
and super excited to learn about the restored gospel!
Things sound pretty exciting back at home! goodness. I wasn't
expecting to hear so much change from one week to the next! haha.
Riley has some braces going on? He will be a little studly guy when I
get back! Probably getting his license soon after.... gross. Little
Ryan Stewart! that is such awesome news! So excellent to hear that.
What's Kayden and Cheniel's address?? That would be super cool to send
them a postcard or something :) and one for Lily too! :D I don't have
their address either.
Totally apply for the Madison job! :D that would be super cool. I
loved my year there and Rexburg is awesome... but if there's something
in St George.... I would say put more effort into that one ;)
My companion has a SD card reader that I can use to send a picture or
two home! :D but.... we forgot it today.... bummer. next week :)
apparently I look good? or skinnier than in the family picture that I
show people... so that's cool.
DAH! Teej ran into the Golf?! I love that car so so so much :( Every
day I see a billion VW's and sometimes I see ones that are just like
the old Golf. I always give a deep sigh and tell my companion about
how awesome it is.
David would have to learn all of the wierd things
about it... like how to slam your fist down on the dash just right to
make the front speakers work ;) haha. I think he might enjoy the
subwoofers though? We could take them out and all the wiring out so I
can make something else have amazing bass sounds.
But yes! things are going super well here in Heide, and the work is
moving forward with a lot of momentum :) I'm busy almost every day of
the week, and it's awesome. I'll keep working hard over here and
spreading the word of God :)
