-I have royal German blood.
This week in church we looked at MyFamilySearch and I found out that I'm of Royal German Decent :) woohoo! Here's the link for it. I believe that Worms is where Martin Luthor was given a trial... I can't remember exactly... and I cant exactly google it... soooo.... woohoo! I love this stuff. I want to know more about where family names came from and stuff. It's so cool.

Along with family research work, I have been loving my study of Doctrine and Covenants. Recently I read D&C 106:6. It really brought the eternal perspective to mind. "6) And again, verily I say unto you, there was joy in heaven when my servant Warren bowed to my scepter, and separated himself from the crafts of men." There was JOY in heaven. Joy from those who have already passed on to the other side, and I would think also from those who have not yet come to this earth (this man's children and grandchildren, waiting for their time to come down to earth). It really showed me that every decision, every action, has a reacton through the generations. It brought me motivation to keep moving forward and to keep on the strait and narrow path.
Church went super well. Anna was there yet again, and we helped out with a couple different classes, and we had great lessons. Our mission president was there because he was going to be having a Fireside later that night. I'm not sure if the ward was just on extra good behavior because President Kosak was there... but everything was awesome. Everyone was on their best behavior. The spirit there was really strong. I loved it. There was a lot of talk of JOY. The whole reason we are here is to have joy, and not just after this life, but in this life also. I love it when people go out and tell the truth :)
Our interviews went really well. Earlier I had some rough times with him (as you know), but now everything is going a lot better. It was really good to talk things out with him. He gave me some great advice and help with the questions and goals that I have right now.
Before we had Interviews, we had an exchange to Görlitz. It's a super old city with a lot of old buildings and history. It was good to see a new city and experience things in another light.
We had a good lesson with Anna this week. We took a train over to a nearby city so that we could meet her. We read out of the Book of Mormon with her, and talked about what they mean. As we waited for the train to bring us back after the lesson, a lady came up to us and asked us who we were. It was perfect. This was the second time that someone had asked us about the gospel on this train platform. :) We were able to explain about the Book of Mormon and give her one before explaining how to find a church building in their area ( in Berlin). Miracles happen every day :)
I've been feeling great. Transfer calls will be happening this Friday, and so I'll let you know next week if I am staying or going somewhere else.
I love you!

P.s. I hope the lesson went well! Let me know how it was :)
